How to Get Free Shipping 

Free shipping at Brooks Brothers is only available for Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard holders of all levels, including, Insider, Preferred, and VIP. Otherwise, standard shipping starts at $5.95 and ranges to $17.95, depending on the price. Other delivery methods, including two-day and next-day shipping, are available for an extra charge. Additionally, international shipping is available for a flat rate of $49.99.

Returns and Exchanges 

The company ensures that you will always be satisfied with your purchase. Per the Brooks Brothers return policy, the company will accept a return of saleable merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Ensure the items are in original condition and accompanied by a receipt to be eligible for a refund. 

Online returns are not free; a $7 fee will be reduced from your refund. If you would prefer, you can take your order to a nearby store location for free returns and exchanges on the spot. Certain items, including clearance styles, Made to Measure clothing, and monogrammed items, cannot be returned.
