Found at Proper Grit Whiskey Library & Supper Club at The Ben West Palm, Autograph Collection, this cocktail is made with Chambord, lemon juice, lavender and rosemary infused syrup, and sparkling Rose. “Crafting the Lavender Lady was a journey inspired by the timeless elegance of the Kir Royale cocktail; an elevated champagne cocktail that differs from the standard mimosa or bellini order, especially fitting for special occasions such as Mother's Day.
