Harden got his wish for a trade in January 2021, leaving the Houston Rockets to join the Brooklyn Nets. He was then dealt to the Philadelphia 76ers in February 2022 and the Los Angeles Clippers in October of the following year.
Harden signed a two-year, $68.6 million contract with the Sixers in July 2022, taking a discount so the team would have greater financial flexibility to improve its roster.
Adidas made Harden one of the faces of its NBA campaign after signing him in 2015 to a 13-year deal worth as much as $200 million.
Harden won league MVP in 2018 and was the runner-up three times, in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
