Southwest Airlines $49 Fare Sale Ends Soon

Following

Southwest Airlines is promoting one-way fares for as low as $49. The flight sale includes travel to the continental United States, Hawaii, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, for travel in spring and early summer. But these flight deals will be ending soon.

Southwest Airlines Fare Sale

Travelers hoping to save money on spring flights might want to check out Southwest Airlines. This major airline has a flight sale, with one-way fares as low as $49. However, this sale ends at 11:59 PST on March 14, 2024.

Fare deals are available for select flights taken between March 26, 2024, and June 05, 2024, throughout the continental United States. Select flights from/to Hawaii and San Juan, Puerto Rico, taken between March 26, 2024, and May 22, 2024, are also available for the fare deal. Additionally, this travel deal is only valid for Tuesday and Wednesday travel.

Blackout dates apply, including March 26, 2024, through April 03, 2024, which includes the Easter holiday. However, a deal to celebrate Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, and maybe a graduation can be found if you arrive or depart on sale fare days.

Note that a 21-day advance purchase is required to get the travel deal. If booking with points, the government fees from $5.60 per one-way flight will still need to be paid.

Summary

While some terms and restrictions apply, plenty of deals can be had. But booking soon is essential to get the $49 deal available for select travel. On top of the two free-checked bags that come as a Southwest perk, traveling with this sale can help save money this spring and early summer.
