Choose from a range of policy options for affordable cover, that suits you and your car.

Why should I consider Elephant?

Elephant offers car insurance at three different levels: third party, third party, fire and theft, and fully comprehensive.

All fully comprehensive car insurance policies offer a range of benefits as standard, including cover for windscreen repair, personal injury, car stereos, sports equipment, driving in Europe, and a courtesy car.

Customers can also upgrade their policy for an additional cost to include legal protection, breakdown cover, hire car cover and key cover.

In addition, Elephant offers multi car insurance and van insurance policies.

Finally, Elephant’s car insurance policies are rated five-stars by Defaqto.

How to contact Elephant

Customers with car insurance queries can contact Elephant by phone between 8am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays, and between 9.30am and 4pm on Sundays. Alternatively, customers can use the webchat feature on the website.

Existing customers can also log into the My Account section of the website if they need to make changes to their policy.

How to find the best cover for you

Buying affordable car insurance is important, but there are also a number of other factors you will need to consider when comparing policies. The cheapest car insurance policy won’t necessarily mean you have the right level of cover and you could end up being underinsured as a result.
