Tim Nargassans

As an executive with Saylent, Vantiv, Worldpay and FIS Global, Tim has led numerous enterprise initiatives. He facilitates creative business strategies that capitalize on enterprise synergies and fosters data-driven cultures to deliver industry disruption and innovation. Tim aims to deliver incremental business value through unique and memorable customer experiences, combining a business-first mindset with deep systems and application understanding. He has established a reputation as a collaborative value creator and a universal translator between business and technology.
 
Tim’s primary leadership focus centers on business and product management, executive consulting and innovation strategy. He specializes in master data management and governance and has significant technical depth in reporting, analytics and data science. Over the last 13 years, he’s helped mature diverse data cultures and enable enterprise platform capabilities. As a result, he was a key leader in launching a global cloud data platform (CDP) to enable advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
 
Since 2011, Tim has successfully implemented two customer operations and servicing portals, modernized three major platforms, created four foundational "as a service" enterprise strategies and helped to lead five agile transformations. He has also worked on over 24 analytics platforms using various industry-leading tools and delivered an automated risk-underwriting platform that utilized 12 APIs via a decision management suite (DMS). In addition, he is the founder and former managing director of a successful FI consulting group that continues today as a business unit valued at over $20 million.
 
In addition, Tim is an accomplished expert in design thinking and various agile methodologies, having held certifications as a SAFe SPC 4 & 5, POPM 4 and SAFe Agilist and as a Scrum Alliance CSPO and CSM. He is fully trained in PMI-ACP and PMP, as a former member of PMI, and has extensive program management experience across large-scale, cross-functional and matrixed enterprise teams. He is also an inventor, holding three U.S. co-patents related to cloud data platforms.
