Kimberly Shearer is a credit cards enthusiast, family travel blogger and mom of three boys who lives in the Philadelphia area. She is an extreme couponer turned points and miles enthusiast who loves using credit card points to spoil her family on nearly free vacations. She has been perfecting the fine art of traveling with kids since 2009 and uses her blog, podcast and social media to teach other parents how to travel more for less.

Kim is a credit cards specialist, wife and mom of three boys living in the Philadelphia area who loves a bargain in every form. Her passion for extreme couponing eventually transformed into an obsession for taking her family on nearly free vacations when a friend introduced her to the world of credit card points. In 2019 she began using her blog and social media channels to share her favorite tips and tricks, empowering other families to explore the world on a budget.

Since discovering this hobby, Kimberly has gone from annual visits to see family in Florida, to taking her family on four to five vacations each year. Her favorite destinations so far are Costa Rica and Hawaii.

Kimberly has been a contributor to Forbes Advisor in the credit cards and travel reward space since 2022.
