Where Are Capital One Airport Lounges?

Which Capital One Credit Cards Give Unlimited Lounge Access
If you’re a Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card (rates & fees) or Venture X Business* cardholder, you’re in luck—you receive unlimited access to the Capital One lounges. You’re also able to bring in two guests for free. Additional guests are $45 each.
To access a Capital One lounge, present your Venture X or Venture X Business card and your same day boarding pass at reception.
Which Capital One Card Is Best for Lounge Access?
Both the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and Venture X Business* are excellent credit cards for lounge access. Not only do they give you unlimited Capital One lounge visits, cardholders also receive a membership to Priority Pass, a network of over 1,300 airport lounges. The Priority Pass membership provides unlimited complimentary access for the cardholder and two guests.
Cardholders are eligible for enrollment in Priority Pass one to two weeks after approval of a Venture X or Venture X business card.
To enroll and get your Priority Pass membership card, simply enter your Capital One credit card information. Then, to enter a Priority Pass lounge, present your Priority Pass card and same day boarding pass.
Unlimited Plaza Premium lounge visits are also included with the Venture X and Venture X Business cards. All that’s needed to enter a Plaza Premium lounge is your physical Venture X or Venture X Business card along with your boarding pass and ID. Cardholders may bring two guests into the lounge free of charge.
Venture X card authorized users receive the same lounge access privileges as the primary cardholder which means that they also are eligible for unlimited Capital One lounge visits, a Priority Pass membership and Plaza Premium lounge access. Given that there is no fee to add authorized users to your Venture X card, this is a great way to provide lounge access to your spouse or other family members without an added cost.
Unfortunately, authorized users or employees on the Venture X Business card are not so lucky—they do not receive their own lounge benefits.

When Can I Enter a Capital One Lounge?
You can enter a Capital One lounge up to three hours before your flight departure time. To enter, present your Capital One card and your same day boarding pass. Lounge access is subject to availability and at busy times, you might find yourself waiting in line to gain entry.
Can I access the Capital One lounge on arrival?
The Capital One lounge is open only to departing passengers or passengers who are connecting at the airport. To enter, you must present a boarding pass for same day departure. The lounges are not available to arriving passengers.
Are there any other Capital One credit cards that will give me lounge access?
Through December 2024 the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Spark Miles for Business* credit cards provide two complimentary visits per year to either a Capital One lounge or a Plaza Premium lounge. The lounge visits can be used by the primary cardholder or an authorized user. Additional Capital One lounge visits can be purchased at the discounted price of $45. Additional Plaza Premium lounge passes may be purchased at the prevailing rate when available. Neither the Venture Rewards or Spark Miles for Business will keep this benefit after December 2024, however.
