- This card is an invite only credit card, so one needs an invitation to become a cardholder. People can apply through the Amazon website as well, but not through ICICI bank.
- For Amazon Prime members there is a 5% cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance on any purchase made from Amazon’s website.
What is an Amazon Prime membership?
It is a paid subscription program from Amazon that gives users access to additional services otherwise unavailable or available for a charge. Services include quick delivery of goods and streaming music, videos, e-books, gaming, grocery shopping services, among others.
- To avail a full 5% discount on your Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card, you need to have an independent Amazon Prime membership.
- For customers who don’t have an Amazon Prime Membership, there is 3% cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance.
- On any purchase from Amazon Pay’s merchant partners, there are Amazon Pay Balance points worth 2% of the purchase. Some of Amazon Pay’s merchant partners include BookMyShow, Haptik, Redbus, Café Coffee Day, Byju’s, Amar Chitra Katha, Chumbak, Urban Ladder and Lavie (bags and shoes).
- There is a 1% Amazon Pay Balance on every purchase.
- Unlimited Reward Points and there is no upper limit or lower limit to the Amazon Pay Balance that you earn or spend. There is no expiry date on this balance as well.
