What do you mean by pre-and post-hospitalization expenses?

When someone gets hospitalized for a treatment or for a surgery, then there are certain pre- hospitalization costs such as diagnosis cost, consultations charges and many more. On the same line, there are certain post discharge expenses too, which is basically related to follow-up costs or to monitor the health of the insured patient.

What is the process to add family members in the same policy?

Can I make use of my policy benefits, if I am admitted to any non-network hospital?
